Taking forever to boot and chkdsk

Im running windows 7 at 64 bit… it is stuck in ‘starting windows' for like 10 minutes and when it boots, it runs chkdsk and it is always stuck. I cant boot. This problem makes my PC unusable. I have tons of School works to do.

It sounds like your hard drive is failing. This is a good replacement hard drive for your PC: https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Cache-Deskto...

Note: After replacing the hard drive, you will have to reinstall Windows. Feel free to ask me how to do that.

Yes you should. The blue screen may have corrupted the OS.
