Placing the power button?

Hello,

Im assembling my iphone 4 but I cant get the power button correctly assembled as when I place it and get the flex put on and the 2 screws I feel a glap when I push it.

Im not sure what Im doing wrong, does it have to be placed in a special way? Im placing it with the rib down, what function does the rib have? (rib or whatever its called)

Help would be appreciated

Thanks, I checked the video but I still cant get it done properly. I place the rip down on the power button and place it into the hole, after I put the flex but its still loose. I can hear the ^@&! button loose when I shake the phone and its not clicking when I push it.

I think Im installing it somehow wrong with the rib thing.
