As per your photo, your battery currently has zero charge in it and is only capable of holding 217mAh out of its original 6559mAh, a reduction of about 97%. So, yes, replace your battery.

Bad parts happen; that's life. You might be able to persuade Apple to replace your battery at no cost since it's well below their quoted 1000-cycle life, but they can just as easily argue that poor battery maintenance was the culprit. Still, worth a shot.

Don't know about your screen issues.

You'll get fewer cycles when you always do deep discharge and charge cycles. 600 is about right if thats what you tend to do.

While its not always easy to do, try to leave your system plugged in as much as possible. every time you drop to less than 1/3 of the batteries charge you burn a cycle.

as an example, my 2012 15" MacBook Pro has only used 60 cycles and still going strong! As I mostly have it connected to the charger. Yet, my 2011 17" which I use in the field when I'm shooting is now 650 cycles. Unlike my 15 I often run the battery down and its now hitting Poor status so I'll need to replace the battery before I go back out in the Spring.
