Looking for replacement jack socket

I have a Thermaltake Core V21 case, and my front audiojack just died.

It has an isolation plastic between the jack plug and the "switch" which is just broke off and then the plug short the 3 connections and the socket is unusable.

I find an another socket that look exactly the same (PJ-358), but the layout is different and it's not working with my computer.
