Why is my vape spitting liquid in my mouth and also leaking?

My vape keeps on spitting, throwing back liquid into my mouth, and when I press the button to vape, liquid pours out of my air flow holes. Any answers on how to fix these? My tank I use is an Aspire Cleito 120.
