Bypass Pattern Locked without Factory Rest?

Hello!

I recently joined a company that require me to install Authenticator in my Xiaomi mi4 in order to access the company’s email. I did and in addition, it asked to setup pattern lock (i never lock my phone) and i simply chose the easiest pattern but somehow it didnt work. I tried over 5 times and now it is locked for 119 minutes before i can try another pattern… Any software or guru out there can help with bypassing or removing the pattern lock without wiping my data?
