What tools do I need to use when replacing thermal paste?

Using the MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 Heat Sink Replacement guide, what tools must I acquire to replace the thermal paste on the CPU?

I don’t have any tools, but the store here have tools. I just don't know which ones covers the issue.

Hello,

Check this guide out for a list of tools.

Basicly, you’re going to need a P5 Pentalobe screwdriver, a T5 Torx screwdriver, a spudger, your thermal paste, and a cloth to wipe off the old paste. That list is also at the top of the guide you mentioned. right under the introduction. There are also easy “add to cart” buttons for each mentioned tool. If you’d like, you can also just get the ifixit Pro Tech Toolkit. It comes with many tools and all kinds of bits to get the most stubborn and special screws out.

Good luck fixing/replacing the thermal paste!
