Why isn't my defroster working and the lights for the heater/air cond

my heater works on settings 1 2 and 3 but when I put my defrost on it doesn't defrost my windows and the lights for it goes on and off sometimes can anybody help me out

Options

Sounds like it could be a blown fuse. You should rest them will a multimeter, and if you don't get a reading from any, replace them
