I have a problem with Wifi!

Hi there,

I’m using Asus Transformer Book T100TA I don’t understand why I cannot connect the Wifi. It doesn’t show the wifi logo on the right corner. Maybe it’s because the driver. I don’t know how to do it.

Help me please

Hi @jonefin004 ,

Have you tried pressing Fn + F2 (both together) to see if the WiFi turns ON.

Check in Device Manager to view the status of the WLAN adapter to see if there is a problem.

If you have Win 10 right click on the Windows Start button (left side of desktop) and then click on the Device Manager link. When it opens scroll down to Network Adapters entry and click on the + sign to expand the list.

Check if there is a red cross or a yellow exclamation mark against the WLAN (WiFi) entry.

If there is a red cross, right click on the entry and select enable and then check if the WiFi works.

If there is a yellow exclamation mark, right click on the entry and select update drivers and follow the prompts.

If you have Win 7 go to Control Panel > Device Manager and do the same as above.
