No power on charge and cannot turn on.

Hello guys i have this problem where my macbook air won't turn, somehow the magsafe indicator shows no lights at all. and before it completely dead it was on 85% percentage battery and now it won't turn on, i tried to bring it on apple service center they said it was because of logic board damage and it cost around 250$ to repair, which i can't afford for now.

did any of you guys think it was because of the logic board? if yes i will buy a replacement and fix this by myself.

thank you.
