Will Toyota replace my 2010 visor recall? My visor will not stay up.

My visor will not stay up completely. It flops / hangs down which hinders my full vision when driving.

Hi @bjteacher

Unfortunately you may be too late to get the visor replaced by Toyota under their recall plan for the defect.

According to this link it will only be replaced by them, during a 7 year period from the date of first use, which by now has probably elapsed.

Here’s a link to the ifixit 2007-2011 Toyota Camry Sun Visor Replacement guide, which may be of some help in fixing the problem yourself.
