I've been told by tomtom my internal sim needs replacing

I have no live traffic at all and it won't connect to gps

Options

Tomtom Go 500 has no internal SIM. It must be connected to your smartphone to obtain live data. The same is valid for the 510, 520, 600 610 and 620.

Tomtom Go 5000, 5100, 5200, 6000, 6100 and 66200 have a built-in SIM
