About GPU temperature, GPU Diode 63C, HeatSinc 62C. Is It normal for ATI 4670?

The temperature is definitely normal and even though it seems pretty hot, the maximum temperature for that should be around 95C and min would be around 40-50C. You should only be worried if you are at around 80C and not doing anything very graphics intensive.

75 when playing games

I use my 2011 / 27" Imac for gaming ... running around 90C when playing ... been going on 7 years ... playing 4 to 5 hours straight ... no issues ... keep the dust off your intake vents, and set your fan to kick in around 30C ... twice a month a blast of canned air through the intake vents keeps things pretty stable
