My touch screen on my Audiobank not working properly

Hi If got a double din multimedia car radio with a touch screen that is wacky at some places it works when i touch the screen . the place i bought it from they say i need a software/ firmware upgrade where do i get the file and how do i do it

You can update the firmware in the service center, I think, and the software is identical
