Can't use the touch screen

My son was changing my broke screen when he snapped one of the wires. After we got the phone back together. We noticed the phone was on picture was nice big and bright but could put nothing up or click on anything. I believe the wire he broke was my touch screen wire. Does it cost a lot to have that repaired or is it something we can fix ourselves?

Hello,

You should change the touch screen with new once because i don’t think there is a another solution of this issue.
