Home Buttons Doesn't work

iPhone 6

My Home buttons has stopped from working anymore in a morning so I used assistive touch like a day

Next day I thought If I do a factory reset I have added all my data and writes PRESS HOME BUTTON TO CONTINUE

If I restart it is useless

And on iTunes does not have show me the device is connected.
