Can I buy from the US webshop what is not available in the Europe shop

I put Item code: IF268-048-1 into the cart in the US web shop but at checkout I was directed to the European web shop where the item does not exist. What do I do?

You should still be able to order it from the US store front, you may need to pay a bit more for shipping.

I've put forward an inquiry to the IFIXIT staff to see whats needed.

Unless it's a very inexpensive part there will be duties too, about 20% of sales price + shipping, plus clearing costs, another 10/20€ fix costs.
