Procedure for calibrating Freespirit treadmill

Sears Freespirit treadmill Model# 122 300811. Replaced blown 15A fuse in lower control board. Treadmill ran 5 sec.then quit. Readout shows CAL with E3 error.How do you enter calibration mode? There is no procedure in the manual.
