LCD part number diferences

I would like to change the lcd in a 2nd generation ipad. The original part number on the back of the lcd is  lp097x02-sln1. I know there is a lp097x02- slq1 as well. I do not know the difference. Will they interchange? could someone please explain to me the difference between them. I believe they are both 2nd generation lcd screens.

I don’t know if this applies in particular to the codes you mention but very often different numbers correspond to the same panel with different mountings, it’s not unusual one lcd model is used by different tablet manufacturers. Unless you have a very good reason for venturing into lcd minor details I’d stick with the code you found on your original one.
