Touch screen isn't working after screen replacement

Hi I tried DIY screen replacement on my Ipad Mini 2 but the touch screen isn't working. The home button and power button works but couldn't swipe to unlock or turn off. Help!!

This is the 2nd screen I tried.. thinking the screen was the problem. Could it be this part?[image|1663189]

If touch does not work at all inspect the digitizer connector for missing pins.

When unplugging the cable make sure to unplug from the short end of the cable to avoid damaging the connector on the board as it's pretty fragile on the minis.
