Well give us a little bit of a background on your nano.
Any type of drops, liquid spills?
It could be a few thing or just needs to be reboot.

i can't charge my ipod, i tried threw a computer, a usb charger and a car charger. i don't think that any liquid speld on my ipod.
the ipod works properly exept the charging
