I bought a LEMFO 17 watch a year ago and now the screen wont turn on.

I am not sure what is the exact problem. I connect the charger, I fill a vibration but the screen wont turn on. I connect it to the computer, I can access it through pc. But nothing shows on screen. It might be that the screen is brocken somehow or just damaged. Can somebody help me? Where can I have this fixed? It is hard to find a place to fix it.
