Why is there no lights

None of the rear lights work on my 98 chevy 2500. Took it to the shop they replaced sterner and fuel pump. Got it back and no blinkers, tail lights or brake lights. But brake light above back window of the cab works. Fuses good and relay looks good. Any ideas?
