How do I adjust angle of front headlamps

Front headlights shining too high, on dark roads oncoming vehicles flickers at me too turn brights off, but it is.

There should be a 'white' hex (Allen)shaped screw at the top of the headlight housing that you can tighten and loosen thus moving the headlight up and down. The best way to do it is park the car so it's pointing at a wall (front towards a wall or garage), turn the lights on and adjust the headlight's beam so they are both level.The Focus has no side-to-side adjustment...only an up-down adjustment. It's done easily using the Allen wrench on each side. Watch the beam change as you turn the wrench....counter-clock-wise makes the beams go up. Good Luck
