R1752 is a zero ohm resistor 1/32W in a 1005 package. A zero ohm resistor is usually used as a jumper link between two points. It is easier for the component insertion machine to place a component than to solder a jumper. For test purposes, I’d go ahead and use a small wire jumper.

That component is a resistor called R1752.

You can identify the component by using the Boardview and Schematic diagram for the iPad Mini 2.

If the digitizer connector got damaged during removal if you were doing a digitizer replacement for example always unplug from the short end on the left hand side of the cable to avoid damaging the connector.
