Hi,
Does the tablet stay connected and indicate a stronger signal if it is placed right next to the WiFi router?
If so you may have a loose WiFi antenna connection in the tablet.
Here’s a link to the RCA RCT6773W22 Motherboard Replacement guide.
It is useful as it shows how to safely access the motherboard in the tablet so that the antenna connection can be inspected.
The antenna is visible in the image shown in Step.6 of the guide. (grey cable shown at top of motherboard - click on image to enlarge for better viewing)
