Error 4013 Stuck In Recovery Mode?

Hi All, I have an iPhone 6 that won’t restore & keeps getting an iTunes 4013 Error. I’ve attempted both Recovery Mode & DFU mode via iTunes & always get the same 4013 error?

When observing the device during the restore at the start it attempts to boot the device to just before the part where the progress bar should come up (but doesn’t) whilst ‘Waiting For iPhone’ but instead just boots to the recovery mode screen where it breaks the connection.

Any ideas? Every time it just boots straight back to the recovery mode screen.

As an additional piece of info…I have a 5S that does the exact same?

(I’ve checked the cable & port & have the latest iTunes & there’s no water damage).

Having the same issue on 2 different iphones would make me point the attention to things they share, the Pc used for restore and the lightning cable. If cable is not original or certified MFI might cause issues. Trying a different PC borrowed from a friend might be an idea, just make sure you have the latest iTunes installed and/or try with 3Utools too.
