Why aren’t the back propellers going round any more?

My son got the Propel Star Wars T-65 X-Wing Drone for Christmas and he’s already managed to break it. The back propellers have stopped going round which means it only flies backwards, any help to fix this appreciated as I see that amazon have a no returns policy for drones.
