Screen not working after battery

After replacement of the battery on my Apple Watch series 2, the screen is black but shows connected to my iphone

I unplugged the screen from the watch, then re plugged it back in. Still no luck and now doesn’t show up connected to my phone… I think one of the connectors for the flex cables is broken/loose…

Re-check all the connections and all the wiring for any damage.

The fact that it’s connected to your iPhone but there is nothing on the display indicates that the Apple Watch is on, however the screen is not on, meaning something has gone wrong with the screen during the battery repair. Open it up again and carefully make sure the OLED Screen flex cable is connected properly and situated correctly.
