Micro SD Card will not read on watch, works on my computer.

I have a DZ09 Smartwatch I received a few days ago. The only problem is that it won’t seem to read SD Cards. I’m beginning to believe that the slot was dead on arrival, but I’ll ask here for answers. Yes, I have tried multiple SD Cards. They all don’t work.

Hi @superdoggo ,

What capacity SD Card are you trying to mount in the watch?

According to this link the maximum supported size is 32GB. Just a thought.

If the cards that you tried were of equal or less capacity than this, then it may be as you said, the SD card slot is faulty.

As it is a new watch, consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should be with the documentation that came with the watch, as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.

The capacity of the Micro SD Card is 2GB. It is from Sandisk. Also, I don't think I can make a warranty claim due to me ordering it from Wish.

You need to format the SD card in FAT32 format, exFat and NTFS will not work.
