Stuck at Apple logo after perfect battery replace

Hi there i just replaced my mothers iPhone 6s plus battery and everything went perfectly well triple checked that i didint damage any Flex or the logic board when i was done i put the phone back together and the battery didint have juice so i let It charge when i got back the phone was stuck at the boot logo and dosent respond i reset the phone holding power and sleep button but nothing Will a DFU restore do the trick or did i kill my mums iPhone

Ps: i placed the old battery to see if It was the new batterys fault and i still get stuck on the Apple logo

You can use 3UTools instead which has more features than REiBoot has if needed. Is it stuck on apple logo while the charger is unplugged or only when plugged in charger?

Also try with the home button interconnect cable and front camera cable unplugged from screen connectors on board. Make sure to leave battery unplugged before touching any screen connectors.

Seems like it is a problem with bootloader being stuck in bootloop for some weird reason, so DFU should do the trick, I suppose.

You could try using REiBoot on repair mode. iTunes will force a wipe of the device where REiBoot normally gets around that. (In my experience). Also REiBoot can get you into and out of DFU easily and quickly.
