MacBook not charging, i625 chip with Oxide on smd

Hi! i´ve had this Macbook since 2012 and some weeks ago it turned off and never went back on, battery doesn´t charge anymore, when you plug the AC adapter it stays green and battery indicator on the side blinks when tested, decided to open it and take a look at it, i noticed the i625 chip has some Oxide on some SMDs and it´s missing one, can this be fixed or i´ll have to buy a new MotherBoard?

You gots some work here as you have corrosion damage! You’ll need to clean up the corrosion and you lost one SMT component. You’ll need some distilled water and a soft toothbrush to scrub down the area. Do a full inspection of the logic board (both sides) for more areas that need attention.

thank you, I did the full inspection and it was the only thing out of place, I´ll clean it tomorrow but in the case of the smt i don´t know how to solder so maybe I´ll take the macbook to some one that knows well, I wanted to know because where i live, 80% of people will tell me that I need a board replacement
