Beats Headphone Jack stuck

The headphone plug was bent a bit, when I went to put the plug in it went in swiftly and then when I pulled it out, the beats solo 3 headphone wire cord plug got stuck. I have tried everything and nothing has worked. Is there any way that I can get it out. I have the Beats solo 3 and The Ipad is the Ipad mini 6th generation. And when I go to listen to music without the headphones no sound comes out because the ipad registers it has headphones on

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi,

If a portion of the headphones are stuck in the jack you can try to delicatly remove them using this tool GripStick Headphone Plug Extraction Tool . However you need to be careful doing thiis. If you cannot remove the jack using this method then the headphonje jack would need to be replaced which is this part iPad mini 4 (Wi-Fi) Headphone Jack .

It might be worthwhile seeking out your local repair shop if you do not feel you are able to preform the repair yourself.

Kind regards

Matt
