It may not be possible to replace it.

According to the specifications for the Dell inspiron 14-3452:

The eMMC is integrated on the system board and is not available on computers shipped with Windows 7 operating system.

NOTE: Depending on the configuration you ordered, your computer supports either hard drive or eMMC.

Here’s a link to the service manual for the laptop.

There is a section which details the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the HDD but there is no mention as to how to remove an eMMC card.

You could always use the service manual to gain access to the systemboard to verify if the eMMC is removable or not.
