How do I use a smartphone digitzer with a computer (arduino/RPi/PC)

First, I know this is not the appropriate place to ask the question but I believe people here can help and I don’t want to miss out on getting in touch with them.

I need to read data from a smartphone/tablet digitizer for my project. (it will be then process with Arduino/RPi or similar computer)

It’ll certainly be an interesting project but I don’t think it will be easily accomplished. The control IC’s are embedded in the screen assembly though so that helps a bit. The touch screen is not resistive (as discussed in Isaac’s the link) but capacitive. The interface is also comprised of the pins below:

Anything with “Touch” in the netname will be relevant to your project.
