Hi @ patelanilkumar40.

Check that the ringtone setting is not set to OFF

Check that the 3 AA batteries in the phone are OK. If necessary replace them with new ones and then test if the phone rings on an incoming call.

If the batteries are low, the Melody ringtones (if this is what you have set for the ringtone) will not work

Here are two images taken from the owner manual that show how to select the ringtone.

If it still doesn’t work try dialling your own number (the number that the phone is connected to) from the phone to ensure that you get the busy tone signal.

If you get the ringtone signal then your number is not the one connected to the phone. It is another number that you are using to dial out from. Contact your phone service provider.

If you do get busy tone when calling yourself from the phone and none of the ringtones work on an incoming call then the phone is faulty.

Hi @Damodar S

Disconnect all the phones, modems etc connected to the landline phone cable in the premises and then call the landline phone number from another phone (mobile phone?) and check if you still get a busy signal.

If you still hear the busy signal in the calling phone there is a problem with the telephone line or the telephone exchange equipment, contact your landline phone service provider about the problem. Tell them that you have disconnected all your equipment from the telephone line and that you still get the busy signal when calling the landline number from another phone. That way they will know that it is not your equipment that is causing the problem

If you hear ringtone in the calling phone then there is a problem with the equipment in your premises.
