Prima Television not turning on

I’ve got a Prima brand television, I had never heard of it until I got this. I’m not able to find help or, anything really about the brand. Model number is LC-2628P. When I plug it in there is power going to it, I can see the light on the front turns on, but it’s blinking for as long as it’s plugged in it just blinks. Is this a fixable problem, is it worth it? Please help.
