These switches are built into the control unit and proper fix calls for the entire control unit to be replaced. See guide:

If you’ve just broken off the tab for the switch and there’s still something to grab onto, you can glue something onto the ring of the on/off switch for easier actuation as a quick fix. If there’s nothing left of the on/off switch the replacement of this portion of the top panel is your option.

This switch is part of a control unit that can be purchased and is reasonably easy to fit. A video is available.

You might try putting in the model number and your zip code on their service center locator, found here: http://www.servicebench.com/templates/ge... unfortunately I can't seem to find parts for that camera, I've always worried about what might happen if I broke that part off on mine, I think I'd 3d print one if my own ever breaks off. If I find anything else, I'll add it to this post.
