Horizontal line on the top of my Samsung Tv

I have horizontal lines on the top of the screen?

@elhouni most common cause for horizontal lines is a failure of the panel. The panel has some boards attached to it and those are part of the panel. These boards have “driver IC’s” that can fail and could be the cause of those lines. Since these boards are specific to the panel, there are no schematics etc. to repair them. Of course, always check the wiring etc. Remove the back of your TV and take a good look around for any obviously damaged components or loose wiring. Let us know what model this TV is so we can try to help you further.

Thanks a lot for your reply, My tv mode is Samsung 40 insh (UE40D5003BW) and checked the cables and it seems that are ok, however, do you think if I bought a new T con board and install it the problem might solved?

Horizontal lines are never caused by a bad T-con board. They are almost exclusively a panel (PCB) error
