Blu-Ray player not working

Hi. I am in the UK and I am encountering the same problem. I have cleaned the lens three times. I cannot connect to WiFi (it just won’t let me pick up the connection let alone enter the code). DVD’s play fine but no Blu Ray discs.

It’s 4 years old. Any ideas please?
