Restore device with iOS 4.0

I’ve an iPhone 4 and I would restore it with his original iOS (iOS 4.0). Also if I reset iPhone, it goes back with iOS 7.1.2 and I wont it (also because it’s slow on an iPhone 4). So, I ask if is possible restore this device with his original iOS (iOS 4.0). How can I do?

It's not possible to restore your iPhone to iOS 4 because Apple no longer is signing that OS. Sorry bud.

Sorry but seems impossible, why isn't possible go back with iOS 4.0? His original iOS is this. Isn't possible with all ways? Really? If I've a iPSW signed, isn't possible?
