My screen fell off

The adhesive wore off on my watch and now the screen is just hanging by the circuit board

What is a good adhesive to put it back in place

Tesa tape works well. You could get some 1 mm or 2 mm Tesa tape and tape the screen back on using that.

I just used normal superglue I had laying around and the display stayed in place for almost a year until the watch dropped and it finally shattered into tiny pieces.

This response is not a direct answer to the original problem. However, it worked better for me.

I toyed around with the above ideas. Finally decided to take it to the store. The clerk told me he’d have to send it to the factory and they’d inform me about the charges (it was a year past the warranty period). I agreed. About a month after that, I got a call. The guy said that the company decided to give me a credit note of a certain depreciated value. Basically, on returning it, I was awarded a credit note was worth almost 70% of what I originally paid for the watch. So, I got myself a new one. And I started recommending Fossil to everyone.
