Problem with my iPod

I synchronized my Ipod with spotify which i did'nt realized until all my music in my ipod was gone...Are there any solutions to this big problem i have?

If you still have your music in your iTunes library, you can most likely re-sync that to your iPod. Otherwise your music is most likely gone, though you can try Senuti or TuneAid to recover it.
