What size are the screws on the bottom cover?

As i am stupid I lost the screws from the bottom cover of my lenovo yoga 720. Searching answers for my question is not that easy as I found out. I want to buy the short and long screws which you can turn with a T5 torx screwdriver.

Hi @cr0sh0r,

I don’t know what size the screws are but if you have a Lenovo Yoga 720-13IKB the screws are available in Screw Pack C 80X6 part number 5S10N67954

If you have a Lenovo Yoga 720-15IKB the screws are available in Screw Pack C 80X7 part number 5S10N67936

If you search online, using the appropriate part number only in the search box of your browser, you will get results for suppliers of the part.

The information comes from p.88 of the service manual for the laptops, taken from this webpage.

Hopefully this is of some help.

Great info - unfortunately the bottom cover screws are about $60....haven't been able to find the exact specs. Any pointers? I can't afford that price.

On p.32 of the manual (linked above) it shows the screw sizes used for the back covers.

Check with local electronics parts stores or even hardware stores to see if they have that size in stock.

They don't necessarily have to be a torx head screw. I'm sure the Philips head or even ordinary slothead screws would do.
