What is the model number of the phone?

Can you still make outgoing calls?

On a Uniden 1760 I cannot find that particular display message.

There is a message that says Silent Mode On which means that the phone won’t ring on an incoming call.

To exit this mode press and hold the # key until a message displays asking what you want to do.
