Apologies.
I, like you no doubt, have had trouble finding parts or any information at all for that particular model number.
Here’s what shows up on one supplier’s website when entering the model number.
This is what you get when you look for a drain hose for one of the models listed.
You may have to contact Sears Canada and ask them.

Try the 1-877-910-4611 number from the supplier's link above and check what they say about your model number, model year etc. Even the serial number perhaps.
You can always ask. The worst they can say is that they don't know but perhaps they may know of other suppliers that might. (Unless you've already tried them of course)
