Why my iPod turns on and the itunes logo appears
My ipod turns on fine but an itunes logo with a cable stays in the screen and I can get rid of it. Please help!

This could be simple issue of having to plug your iPod in and let it update/restore or it may be stuck in a restore loop. Try to plug it in and see if iTunes recognizes it. Update/ restore the ipod if it is, or if you get some kind of error message, let us know. Good Luck.

Seems like it wants you to connect the iPod to your computer, and then run iTunes.
