Phone charges but wont go past the Welcome screen
the phone was factory reset but will now charge and power on. when on the Welcome Screen suggesting that hitting the “Next” button agreeing to the terms and conditions I could continue forward with the setup. hitting the next button does nothing

have you dropped the phone? is there a chance the screen is damaged and not responding to touch?
