So, the only place i would trust to get a reliable battery is ifixit and apple themselves. however since i’ve changed basically everything in my iphone i doubt apple will replace it for me and ifixit doesnt ship out of the US. So where am i supposed to get genuine batteries? Almost everything i find online has been trash. tested 3 from 3 different websites, none of them seem to hold a charge well.

I would reach out to Union Repair . They have put in place a full testing methodology and seem to be taking battery quality seriously. I don’t know if they can ship to Malaysia though.
Full disclosure: I have not tried their batteries but they are a well regarded supplier and I have ordered tools and parts form them in the past and continue to do so.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like many great options are available. Tons of replacement batteries that shipped to your area were on Alibaba and eBay, but I try to avoid those sites if at all possible because they are perfect places for scammers to hide out. I found a battery on Shopee that will hopefully work for you.
