PSP won’t turn on

My PSP charges but will not turn on. I have switched out the power switch board with a working PSP. The switch board works fine. I have replaced the battery with a new fully charged battery and still will not turn on. I have no idea what step to take next.

Sounds like your motherboard is dead. Time to replace it.
